Meet The Therapist

Meet Kara Grifonetti, the owner of Perfectly Able LLC. After earning her Master of Science degree from the University of Scranton, Kara knew she wanted to pursue a career in pediatric occupational therapy. She began her journey in a specialized preschool for children with developmental disabilities, before transitioning to public schools, where she has spent the past five years working with both special education and general education students. Kara’s diverse experience also includes roles in home care and clinic-based settings. This broad background allows her to meet each child where they are and support them in reaching their fullest potential.

Kara specializes in working with children diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome, and she has extensive experience supporting children who use AAC devices. She is passionate about partnering with families to foster growth and independence in every child she works with.
